I looked into RO years ago but never realized one could build one. We dont feed our sap directly into our RO. My concentrate was sound 4%. I think Im removing maybe 10% of the water and am running at 70psi. I got a 0 to 10% refractometer that resolves considerably better than my old 0 to 32 job. While researching, Ive read about some RO systems running at 100 110 PSI, however this system runs around 60. We collected over 3000 gals of sap this year in 5 weeks.
